1)  The road leading to DLCC via the Pristina Garden from Jalan Demak Laut needed to be widen. The authorities concerned need to sit down and improve the access road for the area. 

2)  The road marking at Demak Laut Commercial Centre is almost invisible.
      Calling the authority concern to take action to do the repair. 

3) A new coat of paint for the building can help to uplift the place a bit.
